On arrival, we were greeted by non expressive staff who barely smiled. We were allocated a room right opposite the reception counter so every time we opened our door we had either the staff or other guests looking into our room. When we requested for a room change, they insisted that they were full & that it was the best & biggest room available on the property. The room had no view & was freezing cold because the heater provided was barely working. On requesting for another one, they said they did not have any more spare heaters.Finally after a lot of requests, they gave us another room which was much better ( had some privacy, no-one peeping into our room). The rooms itself are good, well maintained & clean. Food was really tasty & they had a decent spread at breakfast.The best part of the hotel is its location, just off MG Marg (walkable in 5mins)

Excellent Hotel, spacious room, situated at nice location, very near to MG Marg, Nice & Humble staff, Experienced Chef, delicious food, Hotel Staff\\\'s are very polite and Humble. Very Nice view from Higer floor Rooms.
